Requesting Namespaces

Requesting a Namespace for your CESI Group

If you would like to request a namespace, you can do so by going to the Google Form.

Note

Only IT directors, IT leads, or Service Owners according to CESI may submit the form to request an initial namespace for your CESI unit.

If you are unsure of who falls under the roles above, please visit the Hosting Customer Catalog and view the the IT Director, Unit IT Lead, or Service Owner column to determine who has the appropriate access.

Requesting a Sub-Namespace for your CESI Group

Note

This feature is only available for CESI units that have already been onboarded and have an existing namespace within Vault.

If you would like to request a sub-namespace within Vault, please go to the sub-namespace request form. Only users who have update access will have the ability to submit this form for their respective CESI Group which will have been specified in the initial namespace request form. Please contact the owner of your current namespace if you are unsure.
